Actor Rene Auberjonois (left) is probably best known to Star Trek fans
for his role as Odo, the shape-shifting chief of security from Star Trek: Deep
Space Nine. He's appeared in the fourth season Stargate episode The Other Side.
He played Alar, the leader of a racist regime who meets with a memorable end.
Before his part in DS9, Auberjonois also appeared in Star Trek: The Undiscovered
Country as Colonel West. Auberjonois currently appears on Boston Legal
with another Star Trek alumnus, William Shatner. Actor James Spader, who originated
the role of Daniel Jackson in the Stargate movie, also stars in Boston Legal.
Actress Marina Sirtis (right) played compassionate Counselor Deanna Troi in all seven
seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation. In the
fourth season SG-1 episode Watergate, she played Dr. Svetlana Markov, a Russian
scientist who aids SG-1 when they investigate a disaster that occured in Russia
with their stargate program. In addition to the Next Gen Star Trek movies,
Sirtis has also appeared in episodes of The Outer Limits,
Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek
Enterprise and The Closer.
Actor John De Lancie (left) played the recurring role of Q, a mischievous and often
dangerous alien with superpowers, during the seven year run of
Star Trek: The Next Generation. Beginning in Stargate's
fifth season episode Ascension, De Lanice played another recurring villian,
Colonel Frank Simmons of the dreaded NID. De Lancie would also play Q on Star Trek:
Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager.
He would also appear in episodes of various series as Crossing Jordan, NYPD Blue,
and Charmed.
Robert Picardo (right) is also well-known to Star Trek fans for his role as the Holographic
Doctor, which he played for seven seasons on Star Trek: Voyager. Starting in the seventh
season SG-1 episode Heroes: Part 2, he played Richard Woolsey, who started out being
an agent with the NID, but--through subsequent appearences on SG-1--winds up becoming
an official of the IOA. He would also play Woolsey on SG-1's sister series, Stargate:
Atlantis where, in its fifth season, he would become a series regular as the commander
of the Atlantis expedition.
Actor John Billingsley (left) essayed the role of Dr. Phlox, the Chief Medical Officer aboard
the Enterprise on all four seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise. He
played geeky scientist Simon Coombs, who gets caught up in an SG-1 adventure, in
the sixth season's The Other Guys. He's also appeared in
such TV series as Six Feet Under, Cold Case, Prison Break, NCIS, The Nine
and 24.
Finally, actress Jolene Blalock (right) played the part of stoic Sub-Commander T'Pol on
all four seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise. She
first appeared on Stargate in the seventh season episode Birthright as Ishta,
the leader of an Amazonian-like tribe of warrior women. Her character would
become a love interest for Teal'c. She would return in the eight season's Sacrifices.
Blalock has appeared in such series as JAG and CSI. She's appeared in such movies
as Shadowpuppets and Starship Troopers 3: Marauder.
